Papercrane
Right now, that is a person with a screenshot. Connect Slack and Papercrane's AI agent posts the updates itself: scheduled KPI summaries, metric alerts, and anomaly notes built from HubSpot, Stripe, Shopify, GA4, or your warehouse.

9:00 AM
Trials by channel, week over week, in this thread.
The right one posts at 9:00 whether or not anyone remembered. Numbers readable in the channel, detail in a thread, the live dashboard one click away.
The Monday screenshot
Open the dashboard, crop the chart, paste it before the sync. It is stale on arrival and unreadable on a phone.
The muted bot
The last metrics bot posted every hour until the whole team muted the channel. The goal was never more messages; it was being read.
The unopened dashboard
The dashboard is good and nobody visits it. Numbers that don't travel to where the team reads may as well not exist.
The scheduled summary
The numbers that matter, on the cadence you set, in Slack's own formatting instead of a pasted image.
The threshold alert
A message only when a metric crosses a line you chose. Quiet weeks stay quiet.
The anomaly note
When something moves, the message says what and links the live dashboard; the detail goes in a thread, not ten more posts.
Public or private channels, your choice per message. Nothing posts unless a schedule or a rule you set fires.
Papercrane builds the dashboard from the tools you connect: your CRM, your billing, your store, your books, your warehouse. Slack is the delivery leg, and it works for every one of them.
1. Connect Slack with access you approve on Slack's consent screen
2. Papercrane's AI agent builds a dashboard from your sources
3. Schedule the summary or set the rule in Papercrane
4. The agent posts it, and when a source errors, it repairs the dashboard the same way it built it
Papercrane posts to channels you pick. It never reads your conversations.
When you don't need us
If it is incident alerting you want, pages, escalations, on call schedules, PagerDuty is built for exactly that and we are not. If your team already lives in Metabase or Tableau, their own Slack delivery ships those dashboards fine, and if your team currently mutes its metrics channel, the fix is fewer messages, not a new sender: start with one weekly summary or none at all. Papercrane earns the connection when the summary joins more than one tool and when a broken feed should come back fixed by the agent instead of going quiet.
Slack carries the answer. The numbers come from what you connect next: most teams pair it with their CRM, their billing, and their store or their books.
Connect Slack, schedule the Monday summary, and next week nobody pastes a screenshot.
