Papercrane
No separate sending service to sign up for, no sender to verify, no domain records to add. Ask Papercrane's AI agent to send a report, an alert, or a customer notice, and it goes out from the dashboard it already built, from Stripe, HubSpot, GA4, or your warehouse.
Nothing to set up. Free to send from a dashboard you haven't published. Paid plans start when you publish, share, or embed it. See pricing

The right column is not a summary of the left one. It is the whole list.
The file, not the answer
Your BI tool's report email is usually a locked attachment: a PDF or a CSV you have to open in a second app before you see a number. Papercrane's emails are HTML, readable in the message itself.
The view you can't customize
Sending a different filtered view to different people is a paid tier feature in the tools built for it. Ask Papercrane for a version filtered to one region or one team and it builds that dashboard, no upgrade required.
The stakeholder without a login
An accountant, an exec, or a client who needs the number does not want a seat in your BI tool or a workspace invite. An email reaches them without either.
The scheduled report
The dashboard's numbers, on the cadence you set, readable in the email itself with a link to the live version.
The threshold alert
A message only when a metric crosses a line you chose. A quiet week sends nothing.
The customer notice
The same mechanism, aimed outward: tell a customer their usage, their invoice, or their account changed, without building a notification system to do it.
Every message includes a working reply-to, so a reply lands in the inbox you chose, not a black hole.
A Slack message only reaches your workspace, and a dashboard link only reaches someone willing to log in. Email reaches a stakeholder who has never opened Papercrane, and a customer who never will.
Papercrane
Your team's inbox
A stakeholder with no login
A customer on their own dashboard
1. Ask the agent to send a report, or set a schedule or a threshold rule in Papercrane
2. It sends, HTML in the body with a link to the live dashboard
3. Replies go to the inbox you point them at
4. When a source errors, the agent repairs the dashboard automatically
Every send reports delivered, bounced, or opened, so a quiet inbox doesn't mean a missed message.
When you don't need us
If you are sending newsletters or drip campaigns to a list, Mailchimp is built for that: list growth, unsubscribe management, and deliverability reputation at volume are its whole product, and we do not do list management at all. If you need customer conversations with reply threads and a shared inbox, not one way notices, Zendesk is built for that. Papercrane's email is worth connecting when the message is a report, an alert, or a notice that already lives inside a dashboard, and reaching the person just means an inbox and nothing else.
Email carries the answer to anyone, on their own schedule. Most teams connect a source for the data and Slack for the moments the audience is internal.
Send your first report without opening a single setup doc.
