Papercrane
Connect your Turbo or Cloud seat and ask which campaigns get accepted, who responded, and what Dux-Soup has queued for tomorrow. Papercrane joins Dux-Soup with HubSpot or Pipedrive, so acceptance rates sit next to the deals they turned into.

Funnel Flow ends at Qualified, a stage you click by hand. Papercrane matches the people in your campaigns to contacts in HubSpot or Pipedrive and extends the funnel to deal created and deal won, per campaign.
Funnel Flow, extended
These two stages come from your CRM. Dux-Soup can't see them. The join is the point.
Which campaign has the best acceptance rate this quarter, and did it move after I rewrote the invite?
Of everyone who accepted in the last 90 days, how many became Pipedrive deals, and what are they worth?
What is queued for tomorrow: visits, invites, and messages, per campaign?
Which tags reach Qualified fastest?
Which of my clients' campaigns are behind pace this week?
Who responded on LinkedIn but has no follow up task in HubSpot?
Every answer comes back as a chart on a hosted dashboard your team or your client can open.
| The job | Funnel Flow in the Dux-Dash | Webhooks into Google Sheets | Dux-Soup + Papercrane |
|---|---|---|---|
| See campaign stages | Seven stages, per campaign | Rebuild them yourself from raw events | The same seven, plus deal created and deal won from your CRM joins HubSpot or Pipedrive |
| Connect outreach to revenue | Ends at Qualified, a manual click | Paste CRM exports alongside, every month | Joined to HubSpot or Pipedrive automatically joins HubSpot or Pipedrive |
| Setup | Built in | Dux-Soup's own guide: nine steps of Apps Script and webhook wiring | Connect your seat, ask a question |
| Share with a client or your team | Screenshot the Dux-Dash | Share the sheet, hope nobody sorts a column | Send a link, or embed it on your own domain |
| When it breaks | It doesn't, it just stops short | The script fails silently if the sheet name changes | Errors route back to the AI agent, which repairs the dashboard |
Papercrane never touches LinkedIn: anything it queues goes through Dux-Soup's own action queue and obeys the limits you set there. With that said, the Remote Control API lets it do more than chart.
Enroll from your CRM.
A new deal moves stage in Pipedrive, its contact gets enrolled in the matching nurture campaign. Your CRM decides who gets outreach, not a CSV upload.
Watch the queue, thin the queue.
See queued visits, invites, and messages per day before Dux-Soup runs them. When volume spikes past your comfort line, cut it from the same screen.
Queue from a list, on a schedule.
Pick a list from any connected source, a Pipedrive filter, a tag, a spreadsheet, and queue visits, connects, or messages for it at the pace you choose.
The Monday number.
A fractional CMO runs two Turbo campaigns and Pipedrive. Her Monday dashboard: invites sent, acceptance by campaign, responses, and the two proposals that started as LinkedIn connects this quarter. The retainer conversation got shorter.
The morning queue check.
A team lead opens one page before standup: what every campaign will do today, and which one is queued hot. He thinned tomorrow's invites once last month. That was the month nobody got restricted.
The client page.
An agency on Cloud Agency gives each client a dashboard on the agency's domain: their campaigns, their funnel through to deals in their CRM, refreshed on schedule. Reporting Friday became a link sent once.
1. Connect your Turbo or Cloud seat
2. Ask a question
3. The agent plans, queries, and builds a hosted dashboard
4. It stays live, and errors route back to the agent
Turbo and Cloud editions include the API. Pro doesn't, and we'd rather tell you here than at the connect screen.
When you don't need this
If you run Pro Dux, we can't connect: the Remote Control API ships with Turbo and Cloud. If Funnel Flow already answers your questions and your pipeline is small enough to hold in your head, keep your money. And Papercrane won't write your outreach or manage your inbox: Dux-Soup stays the machine, we're the instrument panel and, when you ask, the throttle. Papercrane earns its keep when the answer spans Dux-Soup and your CRM, or when a client or your team needs the numbers without a login to your Dux-Dash.
Dux-Soup answers get better with the rest of the stack connected. Most users pair it with the CRM their connector already feeds.
Connect your Turbo or Cloud seat, ask which campaigns turned into deals, and watch the answer come back as a dashboard.
