Papercrane
YouTube's Revenue tab only shows earnings on YouTube. Connect and ask, and Papercrane joins it with the sponsorship or affiliate income you already track in a Sheet, then builds a hosted dashboard you can open any time.
Connect in about a minute, read access you approve on Google's consent screen, including revenue. Free to connect and ask. Paid plans start when you publish a dashboard. See pricing
YouTube's own number is real and it's also partial: earnings on YouTube, not everything a video earned. Papercrane puts the two next to each other.
Revenue per video, this month
| Video | Views | YouTube revenue (est.) | Tracked elsewhere | Total |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| How I edit in 10 minutes | 210K | $340 | $1,200 (sponsor, from Sheet) | $1,540 |
| Gear review | 88K | $110 | $600 (affiliate, from Sheet) | $710 |
| Q&A live replay | 42K | $58 | none tracked | $58 |
Example month. YouTube's own column is real time data; the rest depends on what you've connected.
Which video actually made the most, once sponsorships are counted?
What's our estimated ad revenue trend over the last 90 days?
Which traffic source brings in the most watch time, search or suggested?
How does average view duration compare across our last 10 uploads?
Every answer comes back as a chart on a live dashboard, not a tab you have to add up by hand.
1. Connect on Google's consent screen, revenue access included
2. Ask a question
3. The agent queries watch time, traffic, demographics, and revenue, and joins any other source you've connected
4. It stays live, and errors route back to the agent
Read access only. Nothing about your channel or your monetization settings changes from this integration.

| Share outside YouTube's own login | Screenshot | Email the file, now there are versions | Send a link to a live dashboard |
When you don't need us
If ad revenue is your whole business and nothing is sponsored, invoiced, or sold off platform, YouTube's own Revenue tab already gives you the finalized number for free, and this page adds nothing to that. If what you need is a second by second retention curve inside one video, Studio's own Engagement tab shows that natively and we don't reproduce it. Papercrane is worth connecting once a video's real earnings live in more than one place and nobody's adding them up.
Revenue means more once it's the whole number. Pair YouTube Analytics with Google Drive for a sponsorship tracker in Sheets, and QuickBooks or Stripe if income is invoiced.
Connect YouTube Analytics, ask what a video actually made, and see the sponsorship or affiliate money next to the ad revenue.
