Papercrane

Your Amazon Ads report card is graded by Amazon.

ACoS divides spend by sales Amazon attributes to itself, priced before its own fees come out. Papercrane's AI agent reads your Sponsored Products campaigns, spend, and attributed sales, joins them with fee events from Seller Central and your other channels, and builds a live dashboard of what ads do to the money you keep.

One campaign. Three verdicts.

Same campaign, same month, same spend. The only thing that changes is what the spend is divided by, and the console only ever shows you the first division.

Sponsored Products spend: $1,120. That part is a fact; it's invoiced.

Two of these three verdicts stand on Amazon's attribution claim. The dashboard says so on the tile, and the claim keeps updating for up to two weeks after the click.

Connected, the agent computes all three from your own campaigns, sales, and fee events, labels which numbers are claims, and says which spend each tile counts. The third panel needs your Seller Central connection too; add product cost from your books and the verdict goes all the way to profit.

Yesterday's ACoS isn't finished yet

Amazon credits a sale to the click and keeps counting for one to two weeks depending on ad type, so the row you read this morning will quietly change by Friday. Papercrane can't shorten Amazon's clock, so it does the honest thing instead: dashboards mark which days are still inside the window, so nobody kills a keyword on day 3 of a 14 day story. Month to date tiles carry the same caveat, and they say so too.

Every answer comes back as a chart on a live dashboard, not another download.

Amazon doesn't send you an ads bill. It keeps it.

Google and Meta charge a card; Amazon nets ad spend out of the same payout it sends for your sales, one line among the fees. We broke the whole deposit apart on the Seller Central page; this page follows the ads line, back up to the campaigns that spent it.

1. Connect Amazon Ads

2. Ask what your spend actually did

3. The agent plans, pulls the reports, and builds a hosted dashboard

4. It stays live, and errors route back to the agent automatically

Read access you approve on Amazon's sign in screen. The integration has no way to change a bid, a budget, or a campaign, and your ad data stays yours.

When you don't need us

If what you want is software that moves your bids at 2am, that's Perpetua or Helium 10's ads tools, and we don't compete there: Papercrane reads your campaigns and will never touch a bid. If Amazon is your only channel and you want one packaged profit number with ad spend already inside it, Sellerboard does that for $19 a month and does it well. Papercrane is worth paying for when the question crosses systems, what ads did to your payout, your totals, or your other channels, and when the answer needs to live somewhere your team or clients can watch.

Questions advertisers ask us

Two of the three verdicts up top need a second connection. Most advertisers add their seller account first, then their other ad channels.

Connect your ads account and ask what last month's spend did to the money you kept. The answer is a live dashboard, with the claims labeled.
